Ordered their shawarma pizza... filled the tummy, dough was very good but the chicken had dried up.
The server was friendly and they serve halal food as well as Shisha. -

A friend of ours wanted to go here and since we were tired from our day's adventure, we settled for this place.
Looks like they have expanded the back end of the restaurant for patio-like seatings.
When the server asked us the number of people in our party, we told them the number yet we were still seated at a table with some of us without seats.
We asked to be moved and it took them awhile to move us to a table that seats 15 although there were plenty of seats near the back end.
I was a little surprised that when we ordered ice water, they did not serve that but only bottled water. We all know that bottled waters were extra. When we asked for tap water, they refused to serve us this and after talking with the server, he finally gave us the bottled water at no charge.
I ordered the beef shawarma plate for $22.99 and the beef was so dry and hard to chew. The rice was so plain, I almost wanted to ordered a side sauce to make it edible. -

Yikes, this place is so bad. If I could, I'd give this restaurant 0 stars for food, and 1 star for service. I don't care if you're tired and hungry from visiting Niagara Falls - find somewhere else to eat.
My first issue with this place is they don't serve water unless you buy bottled water from them. Are restaurants allowed to do that? I have never had to buy water at a restaurant before, unless I wanted something other than tap.
Second, this place is incredibly unorganized. We arrived at 3pm on a Thursday. In total, there were only 2 tables of customers, one of them belonging to my friend and I. There were also at least 3 waitresses. We ordered a manaqish zaatar (pita bread with sesame seed and some other things on top) and a beef shawarma sandwich. The bread came out pretty quickly but was incredibly salty. We didn't even finish 1/4. The sandwich didn't come out for an hour, at which point we realized they must have forgotten about our order. We were fine with just paying for the pita bread and leaving (if they over-salt their bread, their sandwich can't be any better, right?), but the manager came up to us on her own and apologized for forgetting about our sandwich. She insisted we stay, and offered the sandwich free of charge, which was very kind of her. Unfortunately, the sandwich was even worse than the pita bread. There was some kind of bright pink pickle that was overwhelmingly salty. I picked at the bread and beef in the sandwich but could hardly eat any of it. It was very unfortunate how poorly they butchered the food.
Please, go anywhere else for a meal. The food is overpriced and tastes horrible. The staff are forgetful (but the manager is nice!). There's a reason why this place has so few stars. -

Service was bad. Only got checked on once. Hookah took 28 minutes to come out. Hookah was terrible. They don't serve regular tobacco Shisha. They have Herbal Fruit Molasses instead. Flavourless and all you can taste is the coal. This review is only based on the service and hookah. I haven't tried their food yet.

Eh no. Our recent trip to Canada, Niagara to be specific. While we were fighting the polar vortex I was dying to get some soup and warm up a little. I found Casablanca and to my surprise it was also a hookah lounge. I ordered a hookah and was told that the flavors that I wanted I couldn't order. So that was weird, so I landed on what was ok. Then we also ordered some lentil soup and hummus.
The hummus and soup were dropped off and we waited a painful 30 minutes for the hookah to come out. While we waited we ate what we ordered. The hummus was not good nor homemade. Also the lentil soup was far below what was a lentil soup should be. So again not a fan. I was thinking ok well maybe the hookah will be ok, it was not. There were quick light coals on top so all that can be tasted was disgusting charcoal chemical taste. We left very shortly after because of how poor it was. When we were leaving to pay this nightmare meal and hookah was legit over $50. Sad, disgusting and I hope no one goes.
